A few words about Arima

Introducing Arima Cabernet Sauvignon

Arima is a family owned and operated wine estate with vineyards in the southern Napa hills of Coombsville. The winery was founded in 2007 by Andre Chan, a successful entrepreneur with interests in organic farming and environmental planning that led him to establish a winery on a locally renowned giant pumpkin patch in Coombsville. The first production began in 2010 with help from his mother, Jean, and his father, Henry, along with many other friends and family, using manual bottling and corking machines to produce each bottle one-by-one.

The magical location and friends and family experience from the first harvest and crush inspired winemaker Andre Chan to name his wine Arima – his mother’s hometown in Trinidad, which hosts the largest Carnival celebration outside of Rio de Janeiro.
